Diane Abresky

Director of Guest Relations

Born in Frankfurt Germany, moved to Davenport, Florida with my two children, Raechel and William and my parents in 1998 after divorcing my husband of 17 years. I found Community of Faith by attending the Children's Christmas Eve Service in 1999 with William and Raechel who were then 9 and 13. We found the Pastor to be down to earth and we were able to relate to his sermons. Everyone was very friendly and the kids actually enjoyed going to church. I volunteered to assist with the Children's Nursery and have continued to grow with the church by volunteering with the ministry service of Name Tagging. I was hired on staff at the end 2004 as Administrative Assistant and now in my current role as Director, Guest Relations which is very fulfilling.

Dinorah Hampton

Youth Ministries Director

Born and raised in smalltown Nocona, Tx. (Yes, all true Texans believe Texas should be its own country!) Met my husband of 15 years, Art, while I attended Texas A&M University and he was stationed at Fort Hood. We moved to Florida where we had our 2 boys, Chuckles and Sean, moved to Montana for 5 years and had our sweet daughter, Olivia, relocated back to Florida, and God led us to COF. I spend my time homeschooling our kids, being the ultimate football mom, cleaning up after our dog, Goliath, and supporting Art in his musical and golfing endeavors. Things I love: reading when I have time, listening to all types of music---even country, going to the beach, learning to surf, walking, cooking, hanging out with COF youth and the great adult volunteers that make youth group fun, and watching movies. I am known for frequently losing my keys, being navigationally challenged, and being skilled at Chinese Fire Drills.

Frank Bernoi

Heather O'Brien

Finance Director

I grew up in Ohio and came to Florida for college in ‘89.  Studied psychology for three years before I realized I didn’t know what I wanted to be when I grew up, so I opted to get my AA degree until I figured it out.  Met my husband Micheal in ‘93 and in ‘98 moved to the four corners area with our two children, Christian & Autumn.  We started attending COF in 1999 because of the BBQ.  I was lucky enough to be a stay-at-home mom at the time and volunteered with my homeowners association to keep myself mentally challenged (there is only so much Barney one person can take)!  It was working with the books of the association that I first realized my love of accounting.  After I applied - and was passed up for - the financial assistant position at COF previously, I realized I needed to continue my education.  I graduated with a BA in Accounting from UCF in 2006.  I guess I’ve finally grown up (although this is still debatable). I am very excited and privileged to be a part of what God is doing here in the four corners area.  He is connecting us to Himself (and to each other) for His purpose – flaws and all!

Kalon Stiggins

Director of Worship and Arts

I am a ninja, a pirate, a gourmet pastry chef, a 2-time Asian Continental Domino Champion, and a skilled landscape technician. I am a musician, an educated cynic, and am well known in the fencing circles of Europe. I have been to more countries than states, acted on Broadway, and have taught my dog, Diesel, the subtle art of sarcasm. I'm married to a goddess, have a 1 year old ninja/pirate in training, tend to exaggerate, and tan well.

Karrie Moore

Children's Ministries Director

I was born on August 12, 1971 in Misawa, Japan, and raised in northeast Ohio until my family moved to New Port Richey Florida in 1986. I love living in Florida & don't ever plan to live in the frozen tundra again! I've been married for 17 years and we have three boys ages 14, 11, & 5. In addition to working with Community of Faith, I homeschool all three boys & we own a local Dairy Queen.

Michael Harding

Director of Technical Ministries

Originally, from Baltimore Maryland and previously living in the Florida Keys from 1995 to 1999, my wife and I settled here in four Corners July 2003. From 2000 to 2003, I was the Director Audio-Video at Southside Community Church in Corpus Christi, Texas. When I began attending Community of Faith, I was not going to become involved in church service at any level. I soon found that when the Lord calls, I can't hide. Since 2004, I have served as Director of Technical Ministries and I have been blessed to be part of a great team inspiring spiritual growth and having fun serving on staff.

Michelle O'Rourke

Chair of Staff Parish Committee

The Staff Parish Committee is the Human Resources branch of COF, overseeing all major staffing decisions throughout the year.
