As school is back in session, we have to set up and tear down each week for worship. If you would like to help, please be here on Saturdays at 3PM or sundays following the 11am gathering.

If your talents are baking or if you prefer to buy your baked items,please look for the Cookies/Drink Sign Up board at a worship gathering. Pick a week when you would like to bring in some cookies to share on the Hospitality Table!

We will have a special Sunday School class for 2 weeks dedicated to prayer. The class will be held on August 17th and August 24th during the 9:30 hour. Megan Zechman will be teaching about why we pray, how to pray and obstacles to prayer. if you have any questions, please contact her at veggiefan4@earthkink.net , otherwise just show up!

Kathy Sauviac has Lou Gehrig's disease She has lost the ability to walk, breathe on her own or feed herself. She relies on a power wheelchair, a mechanical ventilator and a feeding pump. She travels 30 miles each day to work at The Disney Cruise Lines in Celebration. She drives a modified van,all the while accompanied by her service dog, Skye. Her van is undergoing mechanical issues and she is in the need of a new van. The collection of cans will be turned into cash and donated. There will be a truck parked outside of the church building during the month of August. Drink up and help this cause.

We are challenging you to bring in a snack each weekend.The snack should be made from the ingredients we tell you. This will make for an interesting hospitality table. We would like a copy of the recipes to be submitted to dabresky@communityoffaith.org to be featured in a future publication. If you do not bring a snack,there will be nothing to share. It is up to you!

The Fall session will run September 14th to December 14th. The session wil be held on Sunday's from 4:30PM to 6:30PM. The cost is $90 per family and includes material and childcare.
